Truly Encourage...

Day 2:

Woke up around 7.45am as we had our morning team devotion at 8.30am.Joel's room was chosen for our devotion spot everyday =).Not bad,very clean room...No foul smell.Today is the first day where our team would minister to the children and the youth.

The girl in white shirt is our translator,her name is Tae.Really thank God for her.Lisa got to know of her thru her YWAM last time and she is from Burma.She is also helping out in an orphanage as well at Burma.She basically help us to translate for all the sessions.

The first sharing was shared by Lisa on "The Character of God".After months of preparation,today is the day....BUT there is one thing i learn after this mission field.You may plan thousand one thing for this mission trip,at the end of the day...God may just turn it around and your planning would not be utilize.Another thing,for those who is interested to go for mission trip in the future...Always be ALERT and SENSITIVE to the ppl around you and God's plan.Would share more later.

Then the night session was shared by me on "The Heart of God".I've prepared and prayed hard for this sharing on what God wants me to share.Ok,we start off with a skit...and then i start sharing on "The Heart of God".Even though they are children and youth,i can feel my legs begin to to shake.In the midst of my sharing,i can sense God is saying that there are many broken and wounded heart in the room..I can't remember was there an altar call or not.But i can remember Tae was sharing in Thai and could see each of the youth and children were touched by her sharing.

On this 2nd day,one thing that really touches my heart is the way how the children & youth worship.They just have an acoustic guitar,1 WL,2-3 Praise singers and thats it.The minute they start worshipping...sorry to say,at times it really put our church youth to shame =(.They really give all out to Jesus and you can sense when you are there.There is one song that really bless me,though they sang it in Thai but that song really blesses me a lot..It is call "I'll put my hand on my heart and say that I love you".Thats the direct translation.
